Athletes wishing to participate in the 19th edition of the La Mola Fortress Race, which will be held next Sunday, May 18, starting at 10:00 a.m., can now register online, through the website www.elitechip.net, or at the starting point up to half an hour before the start of the first race. The Menorca Military Consortium, the Fortress of La Mola, and Cecome Menorca Athletics-Maó are the organizers of this event, which, after 19 editions, has already earned its place in the calendar of sporting competitions held on the island.
The competition has been planned according to the following categories:

To formalize a category, there must be at least 4 registered men and 3 women.
Registration for federated and non-federated children up to the age of under 14 (12-13 years old included) is free, and for cadets (under 16) to veterans (with a technical t-shirt), the cost is 8 euros, until May 11, and 10 euros from the 12th to the 17th of the same month. Participation in the race includes day insurance, and registrations on the day of the race (12 euros) do not include a technical T-shirt.
In addition, both participants and their companions during the race will enjoy free entry to the military complex, visiting the facilities without an entrance fee.
It is important to highlight the collaboration of the Balearic Islands Athletics Federation (F.A.I.B.) and Elitechip.
This is, without a doubt, the only athletics event held entirely within a monumental, heritage, and historical site on the island of Menorca, covering an area of approximately 1 square kilometer.
