Conference “Menorca in the Moroccan wars (1859-1927)”

The multifunctional room of the Menorca Military Consortium will host next Friday, May 31, the conference “Menorca in the Moroccan Wars (1859-1927)”, by the historian, professor and Doctor in History from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB ), Miguel Ángel Casasnovas.
The presentation will address key aspects of this period, including the political, social and military implications of the presence of Spanish troops in Morocco, as well as the impact of these events on the history of Menorca. All the information on this topic is part of a study prepared by Miguel Ángel Casasnovas, Miquel López Gual and Carlos de Salort Giménez.
The conference will begin at 7:30 p.m. and admission is free until capacity is reached.
