Es Castell, July 22, 2024
The Military Consortium of Menorca, in general, and the Military Historical Museum of Menorca, in particular, wishes a happy San Jaime holiday to the residents and visitors of the municipality of Es Castell.
There are very few days until July 25, Saint James, patron saint of the town of Es Castell, but the town is already celebrating, waiting for the “first knock of Fabiol”, next Wednesday, July 24 at 10 a.m. in front of the Town Hall, to begin the two main days of celebrations in said municipality.
The Military Museum of Menorca, located in the Plaza Esplanada, a few meters away from where the traditional jaleos will be held, is part of the history of Es Castell and that is why it does not feel alien to the joy and revelry of the city’s patron saint festivities, so it will close its doors, to join the party, tomorrow Wednesday and the day after tomorrow Thursday (July 24 and 25).
Happy holidays from Santiago to everyone!!
