Success of the free guided visits to the castle of Sant Felip

Great success of participation in the free guided visits to the Sant Felip castle for the residents of Es Castell, which were carried out weekly during the months of June, July and August, and fortnightly during the months of September and October.

Despite the COVID restrictions, which limited the size of the groups, a total of 330 people registered in Es Castell participated in the visits.

250th anniversary of Es Castell

The program of visits took place within the framework of the celebrations of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the town of Es Castell, and had the objective of bringing the history and heritage of the town and Menorca closer to all the residents of the municipality.

The Military Consortium of Menorca appreciates the initiative of the City Council and the collaboration of the guide who made the visits.
