A total solar eclipse will take place on August 12, an exceptional astronomical phenomenon that can be observed from several prime locations. One of these will be the Fortress of Isabel II, La Mola, whose location offers a magnificent setting to enjoy this event with a clear horizon and an environment of great historical and scenic value.

Observing the eclipse from La Mola will allow you to combine the spectacular nature of the event with the unique character of one of Menorca’s most emblematic sites.

To mark this event, we are offering the opportunity to enjoy the eclipse from the Fortress of Isabel II – La Mola with a special ticket designed for the occasion. La Mola has prepared a total of 5 different activities, with limited spaces available. Therefore, it is recommended to purchase tickets in advance. It is also recommended to arrive well in advance to facilitate access to the venue and parking.

The eclipse must be observed exclusively with the certified eclipse glasses provided by the organizers. Looking directly at the sun without proper protection can cause serious and irreversible eye damage.

The organizers may modify schedules, routes, or certain activities for reasons of safety, site maintenance, or organizational needs. The eclipse viewing is also subject to weather conditions, which are beyond the organizers’ control.
