Optics and Calculation Room of the Military Museum of Menorca

The Optics and Shooting Calculation Room is one of the multiple exhibition rooms of the Menorca Military Museum, located in Plaça Esplanada, in the center of the municipality of Es Castell.

In this room an abundant collection of measuring devices for the calculation of aim, precise for the shooting of batteries, rangefinders with horizontal and vertical base, goniometers, inclinometers, compasses, etc., from the 20th century is exposed.

One of the most interesting elements is the graph-metric base that was installed for the Vickers de La Mola drum shot.
