Visit to the Military Historical Museum of His Excellency Mr. Julio Salóm, Lieutenant General Chief of the Canary Islands Command

At the end of last February the Military Historical Museum of Menorca received an important visit.

We were honored with his presence by His Excellency Mr. Julio Salóm, Lieutenant General Chief of the Canary Islands Command, an organization on which the General Command of the Balearic Islands depends.

Accompanied by the Hon. Mr. Fernando Gracia, Division General Chief of COMGEBAL, were received by Colonel Herrero, President of the Permanent Board of the Military Consortium of Menorca, and by Tcol. Bartol, Museum Director.

Despite being under construction, they toured the different rooms and departments of the Museum, ending with the signature in the book of illustrious visitors.

His visit, always a stimulus for this museum, and his constant appreciation of it, filled us with satisfaction.
