Visit of the Foundation of the Confederation Spanish Business Organizations (CEOE))

At the end of last September, a visit was made by representatives of the CEOE Foundation, in order to study possible ways of recovery, enhancement and tourist exploitation of the Castillo de San Felipe and thus be able to publicize this wonder of historical heritage. Menorca, which, due to the complexity of its situation, is still little known even by the inhabitants of the Balearic Islands, in general, and of Menorca, in particular.

This initiative had wide media coverage as the news was published on Fibwi4 TV, IB3 TV, Diario Menorca, Cadena Ser Menorca and www.fibwi4diario.com.

This extensive news coverage highlights the great importance of the project, whose premises are ambitious but adjusted to reality. The objective continues to be the recovery and dissemination of the historical military heritage of the port of Mahón, for the benefit of all citizens.
